The Situation:
For construction of the Whistling Valley residential area outside of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, a sewage septic system was installed for the housing community. Being located near a lake, it was essential to install a watertight sewage system to prevent unwanted discharge into the lake area. Therefore, a sealant had to be used that met this criteria.
The Solution:
CS-102 provided watertight joints for the septic system. CS-55 was also used on the septic system as a coating for the concrete, which provided corrosion resistance for the concrete.
