The Situation:
A commercial septic tank system, using a cluster system of septic tanks, was installed as a pretreatment system for sewage before releasing the sewage into the environment. For this system, the joints needed to be watertight to ensure that the waste was not released into the environment prematurely, and to insure that the system was not overloaded by water infiltration.
The Solution:
To provide the watertight seals, ConSeal’s CS-102 was used. As show in the photos, the proper amount of CS-102 was used and can be seen filling all points of each joint. This is the proper watertight sealing method to be used with ConSeal’s waterstop products.
