DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Surface Preparation: The concrete must be clean and free from dust, dirt, grease and debris before application of CS-1440. Inspect surface for soundness. When surface is clean, sound and dry proceed with using the CS-1440.
Note:  Make sure the surface is free from frost prior to application.
DO NOT USE petroleum solvents such as Mineral Spirits or Xylene for surface preparation.
Priming: Do no use a primer with CS-1440.
Mix Ratio A:B  2:1 ratio by weight
Mix Instructions: Mix each part separately. Scrape Part B into Part A, powered drill and paddle mixer.
Application Instructions: Apply by troweling into joint, or with bulk caulk gun. Avoid air entrapment when applying sealant.
Cure Time: 4 hours (77°F at 50% Relative Humidity).
Pot Life: 30 minutes (77°F at 50% Relative Humidity).
Clean Up: Clean equipment and spill while the product is wet. Clean with MEK or Acetone. Mechanical scraping will be necessary for cured product.
